Transfers from another service provider at the same address must be scheduled at least 5 business days in advance. If your cable internet service is already scheduled to be cancelled sooner than 5 business days, you are changing addresses, or your services are no longer active then please select the installation option.
What is the best installation date for you?
Installations happen between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm on your selected day.
It takes approximately 10 business days for your service to be installed. You may change the preferred date, excluding Sundays and holidays. A person of legal age will need to be present at your home for the technician to complete the installation.
